hi, i bought halo wars 2 ultimate edition for pc and i am having troubles with installing the season pass and halo wars: definitive edition. it says i own them but it does not let me install them. i have tried everything and nothing works.
i was hoping i could get some help.
if this is in direct contact with the creator of the game, i wanted to know if you can send me 2 individual licencing codes for the halo wars 2 season pass and the halo wars: definitive edition?

Does your system meet the requirements? If it doesn’t that could be why the icon doesn’t show to install. Also have you tried removing and adding your account back on?
my system does meet the recommended requirements but not in graphics, but i do have a gtx 970 so it should run perfectly. and do you mean i should log out and log back in?
because i have tried that, and it dosent work
