I just got a new PC, substantially more powerful than my old laptop, I’ve tried to play Halo Wars: DE, which I hadn’t finish yet, but it crashes on startup.
The only I can find is in the Event Viewer and its;

My config is:
Ryzen 5 1600X
8 GB RAM single channel, currently second DIMM doesn’t work, waiting for a replacement
Radeon RX 580
Of course, I’ve got the latest version of drivers.
Funnily, I uninstalled it and tried to reinstall it again. Now, that I’m on the latest version of Windows, I think immediately after the installation I was still in Anniversary Update, I can’t even install it.
I can see the following error in Event Viewer now:
