Halo Wars DE Achievements not Unlocking

I posted in the pinned thread but it appears to me that the thread is for Halo Wars 2.

I played a co op Legendary campaign of Halo Wars DE and unlocked no achievements. I own the game on PC, playing it through the Xbox app on Win10. My Xbox app tells me I have 12h in the game, but tracks no completed missions, units and buildings destroyed, etc. My in-game service record, however, acknowledges that I have completed the missions on legendary. My friend, who played with me through Game Pass, received the achievements.

Is there any known fix for this? Do I just have to open the game once in a while and hope the achievements finally recognize?

Unfortunately I believe it to be the latter. I had a few achievements all unlock at once for me literally weeks after playing the mission they were for.
