Halo wars. Can't invite friends to 3v3 party team

Anyone else having this issue? If I try to invite someone in, it only allows me to send a message but not an invite.

Have HALO WARS open, press the Start and Back buttons next to the XBOX button at the same time. The XBOX 360 profile board will appear. Go to Friends and select who you want to invite, I can now play REACH with my 360 friends!

Hold the Start and Select/Back buttons and the 360 guide will open up. Invite your friends from here.
