The press conference is at 930 am pacific time. So for me 1230 pm eastern. So i’m assuming it’ll be announced during the press conference sometime.
Ah 9:30am PT and 16:30 GMT are the same time 
So that is when the E3 conferrence is. That makes sense, as to why people think that is the time for the Beta.
