I Bought this Game Back in February… still havent been able to get the game working either running through all 4 DVDs or Downloading it from Microsoft store… i``m now starting to think i`ve been SCREWED by Microsoft!!!
I think you should definitely contact Xbox support about this. I don’t think anyone would intentionally sell you a faulty disk.
