Hello, I was playing Halo Wars 2 on Xbox One just fine yesterday until it froze during a Ranked 3v3 match. Right at the beginning of the game, 3 seconds in. I restarted the game thinking “oh just another freeze loss, thanks game.” However after the Halo Wars 2 Logo Screen, the game fades to black as though it’s about to load the Main Menu and never does anything. Complete silence. I let it wait for about half an hour at one point and the main menu still didn’t fire up. I’ve deleted the game and reinstalled it, nothing. I’ve deleted reserved space and started up, nothing. I’ve deleted profile data and started up, nothing. At this point, I don’t believe the game to be recoverable without Microsoft or 343 intervention. Please help fix this bug as this is my favorite game and not being able to play is sincerely disappointing.
