Halo Wars 2 "won't run on this one"

I just restored my computer, before the restored I could play Halo 2 perfectly fine now when I go to the store to download it I get this message saying:
See “Available on” below for devices this product runs on. It won’t run on this one.

It ran perfectly fine before the restore, windows should be up to date so why is it unable to be installed?

There are two items listed, one is an Xbox version, one is the PC version.
