So pre ordered Halo wars 2 a little while ago then went on vacation. So im just getting back and it wont let me install the game. When i click to manage my games it says game is not compatible with this device. I already talked to xbox and Microsoft support and they said this would be the best place to try and get my problem solved. I know i have a slightly lower graphics card than minimum but i dont think thats why it would tell me that is isnt compatible with my device.
What is your GPU, CPU and RAM?
If you haven’t already. Open the Store app, click on my library and show all in the games section. There should be two Halo Wars 2 listings, 1 that’s compatible and 1 that isn’t.
