Obviously Halo Wars 2 will work on my Xbox one but not sure about my PC. Does anyone know what the system requirements are because I need to upgrade my RAM to run Halo 5 forge and I don’t want to do another upgrade in Feb when the game comes out. Thanks.
I don’t recall seeing any specs and especially considering that there hasn’t even been a PC beta yet, I doubt that anything has been announced thus far.

My comp is a few years old, but it was pretty good when I got it. I upgraded it to Windows 10 and it has 6GB of RAM so I was thinking of increasing it to 8GB or 12GB. I really don’t play that many games on it.

Unfortunately, I am screwed. The CPU combines with the graphics card, it is part of the intel HD graphics card family. I will probably have to get a new computer to run both halo wars 2 and halo 5 forge. Oh well.
I really wish Windows 10 apps could enable true fullscreen, they help games run alot better than most people think.

Sure, when you run a Windows 10 app it runs in a window. It has an option to make the window “fullscreen” but really thats borderless window mode. Thats why programs that keep track of your framerate with an overlay like Fraps, or Dxtory don’t show up. Running a game in borderless window or just windowed mode is a lot more resource intensive than playing in true fullscreen mode because its putting more effort towards being able to seamlessly switch between windows or programs without having to alt + tab out of them. Does that make sense?
Ok. Thanks I understand what you’re saying now. Didn’t realize that Windows 10 only allowed Windowed apps and not full screen. Seems odd
