When I try to start Halo Wars 2 on Xbox, it says "Please try again. That didn’t work for some reason. (0x80070057). I have contacted xbox support and chatted with someone there. I have already tried factory resetting my xbox, hard resetting my xbox, checking internet connection, checking my xbox live status, and uninstalling and reinstalling the game. So far nothing I have done has worked and for the past few weeks I have been unable to play Halo Wars 2. I bought the game on the xbox store and have the Ultimate edition of the game.
