Looking at the store you can see that Halo Wars 2 will have a season pass. What’s your thoughts about this? Good or bad? I guess it depends on what kind of season pass it is and how long it is valid since there are several different kinds of season passes. Depending on the game i may buy my ever first season pass.

It is confirmed to add at least one Campaign expansion. Now that’s exciting.

You can buy the “Ultimate Edition” of the game for $80. So perhaps the Season Pass is $20?

Thank you for sharing. I was just about to add that myself but I’m glad you saved me the throuble haha. It sounds very good in my opinion.
The Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition costs $79.99 to pre-order, and will include the Halo Wars: Definitive Edition and the Halo Wars 2 Season Pass. The Ultimate Edition will also allow you to play Halo Wars 2 FOUR DAYS before the release.
Halo Wars: Definitive Edition is a re-mastered version of Halo Wars 1 available for current-gen consoles, and includes the Halo Wars 1 DLC Content.
The Halo Wars 2 Season Pass includes more of everything spanning over the next SIX MONTHS!

Really bizzare that they’d have a Season Pass. This is the first time a Halo game has EVER come with something they called a “Season Pass”.

Yeah Halo 4 had one but it’s all good. The real question is. How much content will they put out in those 6 months. It sounds like a lot but we won’t know until we get there. I hope to not see what people have done before with season passes. What i mean is that they split up content so you will have to buy several season passes and the content they give you is not much at all and it’s all for the sake of money and just dragging it all out as much as possible.
Let’s hope that is not gonna be the case with Halo Wars 2. I would be sad if i see that happening.
