it was an amzing game especially considering it was an rts with a good story.
Hope there are more. Love the strategy aspect of the game.
You aren’t the only one that wants this. There was a huge thread about this floating around somewhere. I am not sure if it will ever happen. One day in between Halo 4 and Halo 5 perhaps?
Didn’t Frankie say they would incorporate the Halo Wars story into the Reclaimer Trilogy.
There’s no more Ensemble studios, so I’m guessing there won’t be any more Halo RTS.

Robot Entertainment (the remains of Ensemble) ran it until Microsoft Game Studios took over. There’s ALWAYS a chance of a sequel.

I would also like to see a Halo Wars 2. I would actually like to see it as a FPS though, or at least a bigger RTS.
I would love a sequel. Or if not a sequel, just another RTS. Doesn’t have to directly pick up after Wars (even though I am very curious about what the SOF found at the end).

sabre should take a go at it since they worked on Halo CEA and reaches map packs while 343 is working on halo 4. unless sabre is working on Halo 2.A for the new xbox (2014)

To be honest, I never really beat HW… I don’t know why. It’s the ONLY Halo game that I haven’t committed my time to. I have the limited edition and it sits collecting dust because I dare not deem myself to play it. I know it’s a good game but it far off from the the FPS. Soooo should I finish it and get the gist of the story?
I may have just overlooked it and not seemed to care much for it. I do need some opinions, and would like to see some HW2 as well. How good is the story in it though, it seems kinda “ehh” but I haven’t gotten that deep into it.

I got the limited edition too! I’ve got all the achievements now except General. It’s Definitely a good game!! I’d recommend playing it, but in MY Opinion, the story isn’t Near as good as the FPS games. It’s still fun though! Legendary Sucks tho! lol =P Took me Forever to finish, but yeah it’s definitely worth the time in my opinion. =)
