It was posted yesterday, and mentioned it would take a couple days to clear certification. Then they have to do some more testing, so its probably a few days away. It is strange they posted a list of patch notes this early, but its good they are letting everyone know what is going on. Better to provide information then give the impression you are doing nothing.
