Hello,
I’m having trouble downloading the latest update for HW2. When I tried downloading it, it got to 52% before I got an error message saying the installation stopped. The error code was
0x80070057, and the message said my download may be corrupted. I have tried a number of things to resolve this issue including resetting my Xbox, power cycling my Xbox, ejecting and reinserting the disk, clearing all the local saved data, uninstalling the game(and trying to reinstall it), factory resetting my console, testing my network connection, testing my multiplayer connection, and removing and reinstalling my profile. After contacting Xbox support, and trying a number of the things listed above again, they told me to post my issue here in the hopes that someone could help. My network connection is good, my NAT is open, and I’m hard wired. My halo 5 disk works, and I’m able to play the online multiplayer. Neither the Xbox support person nor I could think of anything else to try. Hopefully one of you can. Thanks.
Something similiar happened to me because i had a storage device plugged in that i forgot to format and i guess the console got confused about where to donload it
