Hello, I bought the Halo Wars 2 Ultimate edition off the Windows 10 Store, but it won’t let me download halo wars definitive edition or the season pass. There isn’t much I have done because I don’t know what to do.
Try removing your account, then adding it back on. It might clear up the issue.

That wasn’t the problem, but it helped me realize the problem. I wasn’t signed in to the account I bought the game on I guess. Thank you.
