Hello. Do I understand correctly that in order Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition I get both games and for XBOX One, and for PC? Then the question is: Will there be implemented on a PC keyboard and mouse control on both games?

To my understanding the Ultimate/Definitive Edition allows you to play the game on Xbox One and on Windows 10 (PC). Unless stated otherwise the PC edition will have mouse and keyboard.
There will be a PC beta later on so I expect that Creative Assembly and 343 will take the opportunity to refine PC controls during that time.
KB/M is only on PC as of now since the Xbox One does not have support for it.
Also I believe you only get the Xbox version of the game in the Ultimate Edition unless you buy it digitally (You gun want to check up on that).

Just to clarify, the Ultimate Edition of Halo Wars 2 is the season pass Limited Edition which comes with the Definitive edition of Halo Wars 1 (which we have no news on). Sorry, that was just a little mistake which annoyed me.
