Has anyone else had the problem with the forced tutorial video freezing their console upon game start up. Every time i load i get to the main press start image, press start and it tries to load the tutorial video, every single time it freezes. If i skip it or not it freezes. Why is this video doing this? Has anyone found a loop around so i can play this awesome game? Is there another place i can post this to get a answer from admin? Will they remove this dumb video for people who have already played the game???

I’m having the very same problem and it really disheartening when it freezes before letting you even see the skip button or it errors and loads the command as @b_button@skip then freezes. Hopefully there will be a fix it before the beta is over.
Oh thank goodness. I thought I might be the only one and was really upset. Hopefully there is a fix soon before it’s over like you said.
Had the same problem. Try deleting the beta and download it again. Just a heads up though, the beta seems to be in Spanish/Portugese for everyone for some reason.
Really?? I haven’t had any problems with language everything on my end seems to be English. I have also found if you leave the start menu to load for like 2-5 mins then press start it allows you to skip video with little problems. Too bad to hear about the language problem there hopefully it’s fixed soon as well. I’ll try to re-download option if the game causes too much headache today. Thank you very much!!!

I have had no issues, then again after first play I always skip it now.
That’s so lucky Sol lol, for 5 hours last night i kept having to restart and retry to load past that video till i found the loop around way. Both a buddy and myself were having real bad connection problems too but that’s to be expected. We had connection to xbox no problem but to the game itself was really bad and kept dropping.

Did you try restarting the modem while having it unplugged from the Xbox? Also when you do this unplug the power cable from the Xbox as well it will help reset everything.
yea I tried to restart my entire system from top to bottom side to side lol. No luck, I just chalked it up to possible server overload due to so many people if I still have the same problem tonight I’ll try restarting again and see if that helps.
On a side note this game seems really weak, other players always quitting out leaving you with a 2v1. Then even with fair odds I build infantry they already have last tier of tanks, i build tanks but get killed by infantry. there seems to be no real logic like in the last one. Also only like 2 anti infantry units really it takes so long to get them anyway by the time you get them your dead… Really lack luster on this one sadly…
