how do you think how halo wars 2 will tie into halo infinite as 343 have said in the past that halo wars 2 will tie into the story for this one as the ending showed a guardian in front of anders on installation 09 so any theories on how it will tie in?
I know a popular theory (which could be true) is that Halo Infinite is on Zeta Halo, but it could also be the installation that Anders escaped on. Would be an easy tie in.

I think that we’ll be traveling to different locations - Earth, Sanghelios, Genesis(?), Zeta Halo / Installation 07, Installation 09, (and possibly Reach?) - since Infinite looks to be an open-world game to an extent.

probably just halo installations since those are huge locations/planets
I think it is impossible considering the legendary ending for Halo 5 and the ending for HW2 that they won’t tie in somehow. And if you don’t know what I’m talking about, Halo 5 ended with Cortana humming with a Halo ring being displayed, HW2 ended with a guardian showing up at the newly made Halo ring and to top the cake Halo Infinite’s trailer took place on a Halo ring.

That was a tech demo, and it looked like all of it took place on Installation 07. I highly doubt we’ll be traveling back to Sanghelios, Genesis, or Reach.

Halo Wars 2 takes place couple months after Halo 5 so i think Cortana activates Ring 07 in Halo 5 while Anders in Halo Wars 2 is on a different Ring that was made on the Ark.
