Halo Wars 2 Terminus Firefight

Terminus firefight needs maps! Terminus firefight is an absolutely awesome game mode but it lacks content. It has one map, it needs atleast two or three, the same map gets boring and old. The campaign missions had a few great maps that could serve as a terminus map, such as hold the line or from the deep. Terminus should also have an endless mode or the ability to have custom waves like Halo Reach’s firefight did. Another way is to give Halo Wars 2 forge and then thousands of maps would be made and all 343 would need to do is add forge to Halo Wars 2. Another idea for Terminus is to have terminus firefight PVP where teams take turns defending and attacking an objective, defending would be like regular terminus however attacking would be far different where they have significantly weaker troops at the start but can call in more and more as the waves progress, the attackers would be able to control the routes their troops take and the amount for each section. A lot of things I’ve talked about in this could be implemented to blitz as blitz is in desperate need of a new map rather than just re-skins. They stopped updating halo wars 2, i don’t think this could happen.

I play Halo Wars 2 almost exclusively for its Firefight and hence would love to have some things for this game mode. But the last balance update has been disastrous for Firefight as now the Vultures after around lv 60 are way too powerful for this mode and the barriers cannot even hold 2 shots of their missiles.

Yeah they really need to fix those vultures and suicide grunts are way to powerful.

The balance changes do not effect the AI waves at all, they use the campaign files so you’re fighting the weaker Vultures still.

Is it so?
I remember that earlier I could handle the vultures but now that is not so. Only once have I gone past lv 75 and that too because there were no UNSC waves, as soon as they came everything was destroyed.

Still, I think anti air vehicles in general needs a buff with increased range.

It is, Rangers have 2 in the squad, Vulture waves have always been dangerous. It just depends when they come out, you either get lucky and don’t have to fight them or not.
Banished can handle Vultures waves better because of Shrouds and Reavers, UNSC is just out of look.
