Unfortunately there is a strong possibility that Halo Wars 2 might be delayed until February 21 of 2017. I have waited 7 1/2 years for this game. What is a couple of months to me? eye twitches*
Also, today they might shed some light on the pricing of Halo Wars 2 such as different editions.

I wish that was true, but there was a guy on NeoGaf who posted a leaked pic of the trailer, and said the end of it said Feb 2017. Can’t show leaks, but sadly looks like it’ll be the case.
YUP, Halo Wars 2 just got confirmed to be delayed to February 21, 2017.

Well there still might be H3A next E3, announce it there and release in Sept 2017 of course.

Thankfully the extra months can really add to the game, glad to see 343 will actually delay a game now rather than release it broken.

This was also my guess. I’d imagine they’d want to release it as a launch title for the Scorpio (NOW THAT THAT IS A THING)

Interesting idea.
The reason I’d rather not have it is because we already have a version of Halo 3 running on XBO. If we open the door to doing anniversary editions of 360 titles, people will be chomping at the bit for an ODST remake, and then a Reach remake.
I just feel that 343 should focus on releasing solid original games, instead of dropping the ball like they did with Halo 5.
