Cool, so here I am again, sharing my problems with the game, like I’ve been doing for maybe the past 7 or 8 months. I can’t complete the campaign, because the save disappears for no reason. The game crashes far too frequently when going to the main menu or when matchmaking. I’ve been back and forth with support and ultimately been told nothing can be done. I don’t understand why the developers can’t assist me. I’ve purchased a product, and it’s defective. I’ll be reporting this problem to the ACCC.
You on Xbox or PC? If PC try turning the graphics detail to a lower setting, helped me stop crashing.

What are the basic troubleshooting steps you’ve already completed?
Literally everything. Cleared the cache. Hard reset. Delete and reinstall game and files. Nothing is working and the developers aren’t doing anything to fix it.

From the quick search I’ve done, it looks like this is a known issue without an easy fix, and is specifically related to console. 343 has said multiple times that they’re attempting to look into it, but so far I haven’t seen a solution. I guess I’m one of the lucky ones who has never had it majorly bug out for me, but yeah. I would say there will be a fix, but a timetable is unknown with everything going on.
My advice? Stop playing it on Xbox, or play it on PC.
