After completing the Halo Wars 2 campaign on Legendary and then repeating the missions on easy (to get all the skulls I haven’t gotten), the reported ‘Highest difficulty completed’ on my service record is incorrect.
I’ve previously completed the missions on legendary, but my service record is now reporting ‘Easy’ as the highest difficulty. It should be reported as Legendary.
And after winning 4 out of 5 multiplayer games my service record says that I lost all of my matches.

Edit: After playing and winning a couple games I wasn’t able to get the daily challenge “Taste of Victory” and my service record is still saying that I lost all the other games.
