After initially playing a Halo Wars 2 mission on Legendary and then repeating the mission on easy (to check off some of the campaign objectives), the reported ‘Highest difficulty completed’ on my service record is incorrect.
I’ve previously completed the mission on legendary, but my service record is now reporting ‘Easy’ as the highest difficulty. I think it should report Legendary.

I have an opposite, but related issue. I tested out the first mission on normal and then played the first and second mission on heroic, and the first mission is still reporting normal as the highest difficulty (I have repeated the first mission several times on heroic to try to get it to change on waypoint). The second mission is reporting heroic since I have not tried it in any other mode.
I wanted to just add that the game itself actually reports the correct highest difficulty completed (currently Heroic), while the service record on Waypoint still shows Normal.
