From the topic up above I have the season pass and when I go to get the colony DLC except for just downloading it, it ask for me to purchase but I shouldn’t have too if I have the DLC so I just wanted to know if anyone else was experiencing the same problem and if anyone knows what to do.
The Xbox store is messing up right now

Same here. I’m unable to download the Colony Leader Pack because it is asking me to purchase it in the Windows Store, although I already own the Halo Wars 2 Season Pass and the new pack should be included for no additional charge.
I’m currently chatting with a Microsoft Answer Tech, so hopefully they will be able to straighten everything out for me.
This happened to me with kisano and now with colony. Last time i had to uninstall n reinstall halo wars 2 in order to fix this problem with kisano and i am currently doing it again 
The Microsoft Answer Tech showed me that the Colony Leader Pack is not currently shown in the Windows Store as being included with the Halo Wars 2 Season Pass. I think that’s the issue. Hopefully the Windows Store team will resolve the issue soon.

Thanks for letting us know. I’m experiencing the same issue and was wondering what the problem is.
The Windows Store now shows that I own the Colony Leader Pack, however when I launch the game and attempt to play as Colony it shows, “Get From Store”. When I click on “Get From Store” it takes me through the process to buy the DLC and then returns saying “Looks like you already own this”. Looks like the Colony Leader Pack is still not ready to play on PC.
It’s midnight where I live and need to work tomorrow morning, so goodnight all.
Last minute update: I can now play as Colony and have all leader-specific cards unlocked but they are all unleveled (level 1). No Blitz packs yet at least.
I’m not getting any of the exclusive Colony blitz packs that are included, I didn’t get them for Kinsano either. The DLC leaders have been installed but it bothers me that I’m not getting the included packs that come with the DLC after having bought the season pass… Anyone else having this problem??

I thought there was a chance the Colony Blitz packs would show up overnight, but I’m still missing them.

Awakening the Nightmare DLC is not Season Pass content, it is a separate purchase.
