Halo Wars 2 screen menu freezes

i was so excited to play halo wars 2 and a big fan of it. but when it finished disisownloading I was taken to a screen tha my said thanks for participating in the halo wars 2 beta and when Halo Wars 2 menu poped up I pressed my start button but as soon as it was gonna let me play the screen would freeze and the Halo Wars 2 title was just stuck and the game wouldn’t do anything please fix this issue

Known issue. Best thing you can do is after you press the Start button is to mash the B button to pass the tutorial level.

Frozen too. At the start cinematic right on the Halo Wars 2 logo. It worked by pressing X and then A to select your gamertag again. No freeze now.

Same thing for me. I managed to skip to the next screen before it froze, but then that screen freezes. I have hard rebooted my console and started another game and then going into Halo Wars 2 Beta. Nothing has worked. 343i please fix this.
