good morning, this is my first topic ever because i’m experiencing really annoying issues on halo wars 2 that i bought some months ago on microsoft store.
since the day when i bought it, the game keeps freezing while playing any mode, most of time when the game starts, but i can hear the audio still running, or the game just suddenly crashes with no error message or the screen goes black. I tried to reset microsoft store, reinstall the game in a different storage, change drivers, format windows, call microsoft support, also i have tried it with my friend’s computer that is COMPLETELY different from mine, but the problem persist.
hope someone will help me.
P.S: i play several games and no one is giving any kind of issue, just this one.
my setup:
CPU: r7 2700x
GPU: gtx 1080ti also tried with vega 64
MOBO: x370 crosshair VI hero
RAM: tridentz 3000mhz c16
PSU: seasonic focus+ platinum 650w
STORAGE: 1TB wd green, 256GB samsung SSD, 500GB crucial nvme m.2
every driver and bios are updated to the last version
my friend’s setup:
CPU: amd fx 9590
GPU: r9 280x
MOBO: unknow
RAM: 16 corsair ddr3 1666mhz
PSU: seasonic focus+ gold 650w
STORAGE: 1TB wd black
