If anyone has played Deadspace…
I expect the difference from Halo Wars 1 to Halo Wars 2 to be like the jump Deadspace took from 1 - 2. The second Deadspace fixed any shortcomings of the first and improved what made the first one successful. There were no sweeping changes, but the new one was still different enough that it was its own game.
I don’t think too many game-play changes should be made to maintain the simplicity of the original.
