So I have the “Halo wars 2 Ultimate Edition pre-order” in my Library, but I can’t download or access the game, and in the halo app it still asks me to pre-order.
I can play the game on Xbox one right now, and I have the definitive edition of halo wars 1 installed on my PC, but no access to HW2
Anyone else having this issue or know how to fix it?
For me, it claimed that my preorder from January was cancelled and never actually went through, you should check your Microsoft store purchases if that is the case as well.

have you gone to the windows store to see about downloading it there? That is what I had to do for mine earlier last week for it to somewhat registered I have it. If not, I would go to the support section of the forums.
