Hey
as the title says last night I tried to update my game and it kept getting stuck I left it open all night and it still wouldn’t finish updating. So today I completely uninstalled the game and I am trying to redownload but of course its stuff doing that to. I have managed to download steam games today so I know that the problem is not my internet, is there a bug happening with the file right now? or anyone else that has had this problem. I want to finally beat the campaign haha

Sorry forgot to mention this is on PC, also when I try to pause and resume the download it locks up on me. I had no problem playing the game before yesterday. It keeps freezing at 25.48 mb during the download.

So Mine is actually moving after sitting here for an hour. I will keep you posted on whether it finishes or not.
mine keeps getting frozen at 1.02 gb and I left it running all night
Well mine managed to get to 11.05 GB and has been frozen there since, checked my task manager to see if any activity was going on and no internet is being used. I have owned the game for going on 5 days and have not been able to even play it due to this update issue.
I am having the same issue my game installs but then stops and freezes at 27% and causes my Xbox to glitch out and have every app I try to open say “it took to long to start” causing me to reset my Xbox one because I can’t do anything and can’t uninstall it while its glitched. Plz help someone!!
Our issue is on PC im not sure what to say about xbox, mine installs fine on xbox.
This is the same problem i am having but with xbox version. I cannot start the game at all.
The update wouldn’t load on my XBox One. So I deleted the game and tried to download and install via Microsoft Store. Yet it gives a glitchy installation stopped message. Before even beginning. I have 2.7 TB Free space.
So today I decided to try again to install the game and well it finally worked! I am not sure if they fixed something on there end but the game downloaded in 20 minutes (gigabit internet) and then I got into the game and played some blitz matches, I hope everyone gets it to work, and feel free to add me to live if you want to play some co op or blitz

I’m having the same problem on my xbox I try to install but it’s always stop and won’t install at all
i uninstalled it from my pc and couldn’t find it anymore on my games in the xbox app but i found it downloading in the store. now its at 30.93 gb. and even before the uninstall it would just get stuck at 10.35gb. How can i remedy this, please help.
I am having the same issue as well on my Xbox, uninstalled the game to hopefully just install the full package when it wouldn’t install the update. Does anyone know of a way to fix this? I’ve been on Xbox support chat 3 times now trying.

Some people say factory resetting your xbox works,but others say that they have tried and it still doesn’t work,I would suggest staying glued to the forums and messaging support on here and microsoft
