My halo wars 2 has not been starting for several months telling me “that didn’t work for some reason” I gave up and then today after the new update(10/19/17) it is no longer saying that and now is directing me to the Xbox store to repurchase it after attempting to start it up. I called Microsoft support and they could not find a answer in why this is occuring, and directed me to uninstall and reinstall once more and contact 343 and now I can’t even redownload the game without repurchaseing it…
If you can’t even download the game without it asking you to buy it, that’s something that would need to be looked at by either MS it Xbox Live support, there’s nothing 343 can do regarding account or store related issues I’m afraid.
