Halo Wars 2 not starting on Windows 10

Game window opens for a short moment and closes again.
I already tried a clean restart, i deinstalled my Antivirussystem, disabled the fire wall, deinstalled Xbox with Powershell, deinstalled Halo Wars 2 and installed it again, all drivers are up to date.
My Windows Version is 1607 für x64-Systeme (KB3150513).
My system meets all requirements.

I’m having that same problem. it only started happening after this recent update. i tried updating my windows systems and everything’s up to date, i tried restarting my computer and unplugging it, checked my connection, nothing seems to fix it :frowning: hoping for a solution soon
