Hello! I’m having an issue launching a game I bought 3 days ago called Halo Wars 2: Standard edition.
I have tried many different fixes, including:
3 re installations on different drivers
Disabling and re-enabling my graphics card
Resetting and reinstalling the windows store and xbox beta app
Launching it from different apps
Contacting Microsoft support (5 times) to try to find a fix but all of them were either re installations or to contact developers
I have a great gaming PC that can run many things that are much more demanding, but just in-case I will post my specs:
Processor: Intel(R) Core™ i5-4690K CPU @ 3.50GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.5GHz
GPU: Nvidia geforce 1050 TI
I am desperate at this point, and I KNOW I cannot be the only one who has had this issue. I understand you guys have stopped supporting the game, and I understand you guys get tons of questions daily, but i’m unable to play with my friends and it is becoming an issue for me. I am trying to launch the game from windows 10.
