I was pleased to hear Halo Wars 2 is getting temporary attention for bug fixes! The community update, along with admin replies to previous forum posts, link to the Halo Support site for ticket submission. However, only the MCC seems to be accepting tickets at the moment.
If I can’t submit a ticket, what is the proper way I should go about bringing these issues to light?
Do you mean you are getting an error when you try to file a ticket against Halo Wars 2? Or do you mean you can’t see Halo Wars 2 in the dropdown menu? If it’s related to the dropdown, I just logged in myself there and I am able to see HW2 when creating a new ticket
