In HW2 they don’t cheat with only the exception of micro.
Well, I don’t they are cheating, like watching what we are doing or anything else. But sure they are quite OP, maybe having the impression that the Legendary AI is cheating come from the fact that they’re too difficult to anticipate. Or they’re actually cheating by doing multiple movements, building in 2 different bases at the same time, while us have to travel base to base, unit to unit
They are too easy for me wish they were harder
All they do is build a million scouts. I probably played them about 20 times and they are extremely easy. The only time I saw them build tech 2 units was on heroic as I was showing my brother how to play

You need a Mythic AI where they have all the beneficial skulls and you have all the detrimental ones. And Grunt Birthday Party for all.

HW2 Skulls work for AI and people.
