My digital copy of Halo Wars 2 tries to launch but fails and just goes on a never ending loop with the message “Just Getting Your Game Ready”. Nothing has worked in trying to fix this. I contacted Xbox Support and they couldn’t figure out how to fix this and referred me here to try and speak with the developers of the game for a solution. I have tried multiple times in restarting and power cycling my console, removing my account, uninstalling the game, and clearing the persistent storage but I still haven’t had any changes to that situation. This issue is not happening with any other game on my Xbox One. It is isolated to just this game. I do not own a physical copy. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you for your time.
