Yeah I am really impressed by the lighting and environment textures. Definitely looks closer in quality to StarCraft which is the minimum I would expect for next gen game. Although I noticed that this is a very dark map so it might be obscuring certain things.

So it’s not just me! It def got a graphics upgrade! The gameplay looks so good. I hope it’s not cause of PC settings only though. Really hope it looks just as good on the xbox.

So are the cobsole players just gonna get worse graphics than the W10 releases now each Halo? Surely not…right??

BTW that orange beam thing on one of the screenshots. Is that a composer or is it one of those anti ship beams from H4?

PC has always had better graphics, Gears 4 is gunna be 4K on PC. This is not a new trend, but the Scorpio is coming out next year, it’s entirely possible that this console might live up to PC in terms of graphical quality.
