I am playing game on Windows 10
Sometimes the screen freezes, but I hear the game sound, I tried reinstalling Windows, but it didn’t work.
How can I fix it?
I am having the same problem, its as though the rendering loop pauses but AI, sound, physics keep ticking. Can i ask what your pc specs are too see if this is a similar hardware issue?
Mine is:
- Motherboard: MSI x470 Gaming Plus - BIOS: A.40 (type: UEFI) - Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 2700 Eight-Core Processor (16 CPUs), ~3.2GHz - Memory: 16384MB RAM - Available OS Memory: 16330MB RAM - Page File: 8386MB used, 10375MB available - GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060
Also check your Windows 10 Event Viewer after it freezes and closes for a Red Error with Something like

That seems to indicate its a GPU issue on my end, so im testing different GPU’s. Specifically a GTX 1050TI instead of the RTX 2060.
