Hello, I’ve been playing for a couple months now, over the last month, the game keeps reseting almost absolutely everything I do everytime I close it, this includes campaign progress, video and audio settings, keybinds and leader progress. I really like the game and it has cornered me to setting up everything over and over again every time I want to play, but I can’t go on much longer… I’ve tried searching for a solution over the internet, I tried contacting Microsoft Support and this is my last try into fixing it.
As adittional data, I currently have 3 drives, C:, D: and E: drives, my OS is installed on C: drive, while my game is installed on D: drive, it also fails to syncronise 100% of the times and recently I’ve been getting the following message: ‘‘An error occurred while downloading the latest game configuration data. Online features may be restricted’’, while my issue has gone for a long time, this error just recently started showing up. I am signed in onto the Microsoft Store and my accounts are all signed in where they supposedly need to be. I’ve had an atrocious experience with the Xbox App but that’s the way I’m currently playing now. I have no access to the game files nor a single clue into how to fix this. I would absolutely LOVE to get some help, I will provide any info that’s required and will try whatever before giving up on this game.
