After all the problems of Standard Halo Wars 2 for PC. Really GOOD news is that the Halo Wars 2 PC Demo works well in Blitz 1 v 1. Just waited 20 SECONDS, no to 29 minutes. No server error messages, status update saying “Finding player for Match”.
Screen cleared and we are in the game!!. So quick start that lost troops, due to me being out the room for 10 seconds <ha ha ha> ROFL.
It was so quick and so good. Warning DONT play needlessly with the options page or you WILL crash the game.
So many good things about the demo, now perhaps we can start to enjoy the game and have fun, while 343 try and fix the Standard game.
The Standard Retail PC game is still NOT FUN, the servers don’t connect, RED error messages everywhere connecting/disconnecting, still broken.
Just load the Google “Halo Wars 2 Demo PC” from the store. The two version games quite happy to co-exist, under Windows 10

Ignore rubbish about graphics card, if its DirectX12 compatible will probably play ok, just don’t fiddle with the standard settings.
