Halo Wars 2 crash problem

Hello,
1] I recently bought Halo wars 2 for pc and every time I try to start a game 1 of 3 things happen: 1) it crashes and the app minimizes 2) it loads in and then the game shows a black screen while the sound is still playing just no visual and 3) the game actually works and I can play flawlessly with no freezing or anything of that sort. Number 3 happens once in a blue moon.

2] my computer specs are: Nvidia Gefore gtx 765m
16 GB Ram
64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor
Intel(R) Core™ i7-4700MQ CPU @ 2.40GHz 2.40GHz
2GB Video Memory
Windows 10 version 16299
3] My drivers and windows are also up to date and i have tried all the simple fixes like resetting windows store cache and so on so i dont know why the game is crashing i Have a crash log dump file i can upload if needed

I have same issue here and it crash very often, black screen but you can hear sound background still running.

I wouldn’t even bother trying, these idiots can’t fix -Yoink-.

Hello, I struggled with this for quite a while. It would crash on the black screen as soon as I launched the game. Then I downloaded manually some old Nvidia drivers and it started working. I think you should give it a try.
