So, I’ve been trying for the past couple of hours to fix Halo Wars 2, which seems to crash every single time I enter the options. I have not tried playing the campaign or anything yet, but I’ve tried rolling back my nVidia drivers, which did nothing. I also couldn’t find the executable, so it may be because it’s trying to run on my integrate card instead of my dedicated one. Does anyone have any solutions for this issue? It’s getting really frustrating and I just want to play the game that I paid for.
can you play anything at all? or does it crash no matter what you launch?
system specs?

GPU: GTX 765m 2gb
CPU: i7 4702HQ 2.2ghz
RAM: 8gb
Just finished the first campaign mission, but going into the settings always causes a crash for me.
[EDIT] Found that editing the options that I wanted to edit as fast as possible allowed me to change them. For some reason, however, I cannot play anything. No gamemodes or campaign work, so I’m kind of stuck right now. This is what a finished product is nowadays? Unbelievable.

yeah, quality control is thrash at 343, they still havent released a game without extremely many bugs…
Everything runs smooth with me, but playing multiplayer has a maximum of 5 fps. Cant really say what your problem is, guess we just have to wait and see
It also crashes for me on the options screen.
I’ve got the latest drivers and set the profile for Halo Wars 2 in Geforce Experience.
My specs are:
GPU: GTX 860M 2 GB
CPU: i7 4710HQ @ 2.5 GHz
RAM: 16 GB
I played the first tutorial though, and that worked fine, albeit with low quality graphics, since that was what Geforce Experience set
