Halo Wars 2 causes my XBOX One X To Fully Shut Off

I have an issue whereby i’ll be playing skirmish or Blitz mode against AI, i’ll be nicely settling into the game and BOOM, my xbox completely powers down. No overheating, errors, warnings. Nothing, just a complete shut off. I was told to power off unplug from the mains usual policy, then uninstall reinstall the game etc etc.

Currently reinstalling the game, will holler back once done if the issue reoccurs. However to note that after an instance where i powered it back on and cleared persistent storage it did let me fully through a game in co op against AI on legendary mode skirmish deathmatch however i fear that may just be coincidence.

If your xbox completely turns off it’s very likely not an issue with the game but your xbox.
If it was Halo Wars 2 that crashes, you would find yourself on your home screen instead.
Have you experienced these shutdowns with other games before?
I’d suspect that it’s just a hardware issue.
My first guess would be defect RAM as that can easily lead to the described behavior.
