So I bought a Blitz Veteran Bundle got an e-mail for the receipt, checked my bank account for the confirmed deduction on the purchase, and received nothing. Tried to relog my account, nothing. Tried to restart the PC, nothing. Tried playing to level up for the normal pack you receive when you level up but still no purchased packs received. I even tried buying the cheaper Recruit Bundle thinking it might refresh my account purchases cause maybe an error happended during the purchase of the Veteran Bundle. Still no bundles received. So the question is, what’s up with that Microsoft/343?
Same thing here bought 2 Veteran packs and never got them.
