Halo Wars 2 Blitz Performance Problems

So I recently just started playing Halo Wars 2 Blitz. Got through the menu, which was smooth, and went into the tutorial. The tutorial didn’t take that long to load but when I got in, it was a lagging mess that was impossible to play.

My Computer Specs :
NVIDIA GTX 960 FTW Edition
8GB Ram
Intel i5 4690k Processor
Thermaltake 650W Power Supply
ASUS H81-MD Motherboaard
