Could the events of Halo Wars 2 story interact directly with 6 by the way of the SoF finding something to defeat the new threat introduced in 5?
Anything is possible. and at this point I’m sure Halo Wars doesn’t take place after the end of Halo 5.

Halo Wars is suppose to be a prequel to Halo Reach, but I’m not sure exactly, I’ll look deeper into it.
Halo 6 is probably going to be the ending of Master Chief’s legacy & will probably end the Halo series.

It doesn’t have to, They could have found it years ago and weren’t able to communicate it with the UNSC and the SoF had to go dark again.

I highly doubt it, as the events of the first Halo Wars took place way in the past, and it doesn’t seem as if the Spartans of Red Team have had any upgrades. And I know they were stranded in space, but Cortana was able to upgrade Chief’s armor while he was in cryo. The SoF had a pretty decent AI to be able to do the same.
Its going to be like another pre combat evolved game
Either way it’s going to be dope AF! If only it were available for preorder, sigh.
