Ok I will start this out with hand to hand combat with Marines VS Navi the giant blue people just encase you don’t know. The Navi would beat the marine seeing that they are 8 ft tall and have carbon enforced bones. Now with the weapons the marines would win with no doubt with AR’s and snipers vs the bow and arrow of the Navi. And the Spartans could easily beat the Marines of Avatar. The UNSC could easily wipe out all of the factions of avatar but one Covenant Super Carrier could glass the whole planet. Plus one little UNSC space station could take out one planet. Also the Mac blasts and exo-planetary defense systems could easily take out all the Military outposts and Navi trees. Plus the Hunter squads could take out a whole army of Navi since they have their thick armor and assault cannons. So voice your thoughts and and try to prove me wrong I doubt you can.

Hope you guys who play Halo support it and you may use any faction in either movie or game.

I do think that a Covenant or possibly UNSC orbital assault would be the final voice in any sort of possible confrontation though.
In single engagements, or short skirmishes, it could easily go either way I suppose. But in a long one? Well, we’ve seen that humanity has the will to survive so unless these fictional battles were dreafully important then I think the UNSC would probably win.
Spartans of course would be a huge factor, and now we’ve got Forerunner tech too.
Also Prometheans would be totally unfair. Binary Rilfes, Incineration Cannons… Doesn’t matter what creature gets hit by it or how physically strong they are - they’re dust after one hit.
Unless their teleportation ability is restricted to where Forerunner technology is located, that would be another major disadvantage.
Worst comes to worse, since this IS fiction that would never happen, the Halo factions do have one other advantage against the Avatar Factions… It’s called the Hallo Array and the (Canonically destroyed…) Ark.
Similarly, while not in your poll, I think that the Flood - even in the feral stage - would cause some serious damage as well. Remember what they said about the Flood in Halo 3 - a single flood spore can destroy a species.

But yeah, if the Forerunners are in on this party, you might as well just give them the victory before any battle even takes place! I mean, did anyone else notice just how massive the Mantle’s Approach was? Not to mention if they did decide to take the fight to the planet’s surface they’ve got combat armors that make the MJOLNIR pale in comparison, and let’s not forget their lovely weapons! Binary Rifles and Incineration Cannons would make short work of… Well… Anything!
Chances are they’ve got other weapons and goodies that we’re not aware of as well.
