Halo Voice Ban - Has Been Longer Than A Week

Last Sunday I received a message that my online voice was banned for a week. There was no explanation as to why, but I can assume it was because my toddler daughter accidentally shut off the xbox during a game, since I received the message when I turned the xbox and the game back on. It has now been 9 days and I am still receiving the message and I am blocked from using voice during games. Please fix this. Not only is it unfair that there is no way to appeal a ban, you make it extremely difficult to get in touch with your staff as there is no contact information on your company anywhere. It is no way to run a business.

I have been having the same issue. I have been voice banned for much longer than a week, even though I was told it was only a week long ban.

I’m not even sure why I was banned from chat, as I only talk in parties… please lift my ban, as I would like to be able to talk to new people and chat…

I don’t see how people get voice bans, was playin h4 with my brother in law over the weekend and he is a straight up -Yoink- to everyone in game chat and would leave party chat to be a jerk to them yet he never has had a voice ban and he did this atleast once a game.

The voice ban is a two-week ban, but the messaging is currently incorrect (it says it’s one weeek). We’re working on correcting that. In the meantime, if you have a question about a ban, here is the official Halo 4 ban thread:
