Hey everybody,
i wrote today with the support of microsoft, because when I start Halo 4 i becom the error that validation isn’t possible. I should make sure that im connected to Xbox Live and downloaded the Wargames-Pass. I have the Halo 4 LE and because of the codes of the LE i have no Wargame-Pass. I made everything the support told me. I deleted all corrupt files of my HDD, deleted all files of Halo 4 except the installed game and the savings. Then I cleared 3 times the system cache of my hdd and restarted my xbox 360. Then i started Halo 4, downloaded the update and start to download the first map pack (i think it was crimson map pack). But i get the error again straight after i press the start buton in the Halo 4 start menu. I can start a wargame match but it says i don’t have the recommended maps. If I want to start a custom games, only the original Halo 4 Maps are available to acces. In front of the other ones, there is a download symbol. If i choose the map it says it I should move to the xbox marketplace. But there arent anywhere map packs with the name crimson map pack etc. Sometimes (not all the times when im in the ingame marketplace) if i move downward in the ingame marketplace when it starts to load the next objects i get the error that my profile could not be loaded correctly, but thats how i said only sometimes.

To start, have you recently used your profile on multiple accounts or purchased a new Xbox 360? If so, you might need to do a license transfer on your current Xbox 360 so the files are properly validated as yours on your current console. When files are downloaded, they have a profile and system ID, and your Halo 4 files maybe assigned to a different console, and a license transfer may fix that. Let me know how this works for you.

First of all thank you for your reply. I use the same xbox 360 for a long time now, i thought maybe its because of the new hdd, but i got this before i buyed Halo 4. I tried the licence transfer and it didn’t worked. (Idk if i should delete the first map pack and than make the licence transfer and download it again but i think it would be the same) I don’t know what to do, if nothing really workes i will format the hdd, but i don’t know how to get all my files back and i wish there would be an easier way

Well, if you’ve taken the time to do a license transfer, cleared your system cache, deleted all Halo 4 files, redownloaded the 293MB Update, and none of that worked, there could be a possibility that your disc can be damaged, whichc an cause issues as such, where certain things will not load. I’m not going to tell you to buy a new game disc, but it is an option to see if that fixes the issue.
As for the map packs, delete them, license transfer and redownloading them should fix the issue. If not, then as I’ve stated above, it could be because your disc is damaged.

Well I solved my problem now. The problem contained nothing about my xbox or my hdd or my account, neither the dvd. The problem was that i haven’t downloaded the “Infinity Commando Kit”, this i the wargamepass of the LE. I haven’t downloaded it, because the description said it contains an armor skin and a weapon skin, an emblen and the strider and scanner helm. But i didn’t said it containes the map packs. When i wrote the Code of the LE, he said exactly the same thing like the description of it, but on the paper where it stands it said it contains the map pack too. I didn’t tried it until now (I even formated my HDD). The name was just too inconspicous so i didn’t tried it. I think microsoft should add it in the description so no other one get the same problem.
