Start with masculine, my definition of whats masculine will be different than yours. And since most humans would have their own interpretation of that definition it makes that system of measurement useless. Does that help you understand at all?

Masculinity and femininity aren’t universal truths that are hardcoded like gravity. If I said “hey is wearing heels inherently masculine or feminine?” and you said “Feminine,” I’d reply back “cool so explain to me why men were in heels for hundreds of years before it fell out of style.”

So from the get-go, you’re starting from a rocky foundation. What innate force is keeping these “feminine” features or cosmetics that you don’t like from becoming masculine if a dude just decides to rock cat ears?

That would imply there is no masculine or feminine traits which there is in the world. What you are doing is being more general to dilute the point instead of arguing the specifics . A war game has war stuff. A car game has car stuff. A cowboy game has cowboy stuff and so on.
